The discover scuba diving programme is for those who are not yet ready to take a more serious decision signing up for a certification course, but willing to check out what this sport is about...

The programme does not necessitate any kind of prior experience and does not give any diving qualification, either. The course consists of three parts: a 30-minute theoretical training, practice in confined water (swimming pool or shallow area in sea) and a 30-40-minute dive with aqualung from a boat, on a coral reef, in the shallow waters of the Caribbean. The whole programme takes 3 hours. We provide the participants with the necessary gear.
If someone would like to repeat this programme within a short time he/she will not have to take part in the theoretical and confined water training again, but can go and dive in the open water right away!

Those who decide that they would like to spend more time under water after this experience can go on to an open water diving course. The dives completed in the discover scuba diving programmes shall count in the course, thus the time and money to be devoted to the course can be decreased.
